Baddie maddy ☠️ has been with us and never worked anywhere else. She is totally a client fav and has a great book, and built so fast. She went through our associate program and worked with @lavender_joness side by side during her program.

She has incredible work ethic behind the chair and sees a high quantity of guests daily. Some stylists like to see 1 or 2 people a day with big services, but maddy loves single process root touch ups, glazes, blow outs and extensions. She killls It with every service she touches!

@tiffanyhilights is an educator in our Lyndhurst location. She specializes in blonding and she’s just a bad ass.

She came to our salon with zero tattoos and now she has so much on her body covered. I can’t even count 😂

She is a dog mom and a drifter (if you don’t know what that is it’s a car thing 😂) , and we are so lucky to have her.

In both of our company as we have a paid program in salon where you can get the equivalent to your masters degree in hair.

This process can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months depending on your willingness - no more “waiting for my chair”

How to provide a great path of success for young stylists :

1. Provide mentorship and support: Offer guidance and advice to young stylists to help them feel more at ease within the salon and encourage them to attend industry events to learn new skills.

2. Listen to their ideas: Let young stylists express their own creative ideas. Encourage them to think outside the box and listen to their suggestions.

3. Create a welcoming environment: Make sure young stylists feel accepted and appreciated within your salon. Show an interest in their opinions and ideas and make sure to provide recognition for a job well done.

4. Give them opportunities: Offer young stylists the chance to participate in projects or have a role in the salon that allows them to demonstrate their skills and give them responsibility.

5. Encourage education: Support young stylists to attend classes and workshops to further hone their skills and gain the necessary qualifications to progress their career.
