How many services roll over?

Unused services (like blowouts or spa treatments) roll over for 60 days as long as your membership stays active. After that, they expire, so treat yourself before time runs out!​​

 

Can I gift a membership?

Yes! You can gift one of your monthly services to a friend or family member for just a $5 transfer fee. Simply let us know at checkout or email us so we can update your account.​​

 

How do I pause my membership?

You can pause your membership anytime for up to 3 months per year.Just email us at LUCIA@HILIGHTSSALONNJ.COM at least 30 days before your next billing date to request a freeze.

 

​​Can I use my discount with promotions?

Membership discounts can’t be combined with other sales, points, or promo offers. You’ll always receive the better deal at checkout; our team will apply whichever discount saves you the most.​​

 

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle. You’ll still have access to any remaining services until the end of that billing period.

How does payment work for memberships? 

Your membership is automatically billed each month to the credit card we have on file. Payments process on the same date you originally signed up, so you never have to worry about missing a month.

Do blowouts include length, thickness, or hot tool?

Blowouts do not include styling for hair length or thickness, nor do they include the use of hot tools beyond the standard blow-dry.
